The St. Nick Fun Run, although fun, is about more than the celebration of St. Nick’s legacy of generosity towards all, especially children. It is about continuing that generosity to those in our community who would like to be a part of our school but cannot afford to do so. Since 2012, we have reached out to our school community, our church community, and our running community in an effort to raise funds for our Tuition Assistance Program. The response has been heartwarming. Thank you!

St. Thomas Early Learning Center students run a modified course, celebrating fun, fitness, and the legacy of St. Nick. Parents line the route to cheer on the students! The family friendly Merry Mile, as well as the 5K/10K, is on the Saturday closest to the Feast of St. Nick but not on the same weekend as the BCS Marathon. The race course runs past Brison Park through the scenic historic neighborhoods of College Station.

We hope you will join us for STELC’s 12th Annual St. Nick Fun Run on December 2nd to raise money for STELC Tuition Assistance!  The run starts at St. Thomas and runs through the College Station historic district. This family-friendly event is a FUN way to celebrate the holiday season! Bring your running group, the kids, the grandparents, the dog…. anyone who wants to get out and have some fun this season. Strollers and scooters are OK but PLEASE no bikes.
