Extended Day

Our afternoon programs share the same philosophy and guidelines of the rest of STELC's classes and strive for consistency throughout the day for participants. The extended day will provide extra time for the children involved to socialize and have free play with a group of STELC's students from different classes/age groups. We will also have some structured activities along with several one-on-one opportunities to share wonderful literature.

Lunch Bunch (2:30): During this extended day program, children from all classes gather together to eat lunch, play, and participate in group activities. When weather permits, children wrap up their day at St. Thomas with time on the playground.

A-TEAM (5:30): Like Lunch Bunch, this optional program allows students from all classes, including Full Day Kindergarten after 2:30, the opportunity for care until 5:30.

Children bring their lunch from home and have a short rest period before going outside.
